Delivery time
The delivery time of your glasses depends on the type of glasses and lenses chosen. We always strive to deliver your order as soon as possible.
On average, it takes about two to three weeks to complete a pair of prescription glasses. The frame is first sent to our vitrification shop, where the lenses are customized and placed in the frame. Depending on the type of lenses, this usually takes five to ten working days.
In exceptional cases, the delivery time may be slightly longer, for example with specific glass options or busy times at the supplier. Should this happen, we will contact you in good time to inform you and agree on a suitable delivery date together.
Shipping costs
We do not charge shipping costs for orders with delivery within the EU.
If you wish to return a product, the cost of returning it is at your own expense. Only when the return is due to an error on our part, we will of course take care of the shipping costs.
